THE WAY IT WAS INTENDED TO BE!
Two centuries and 24 years ago our Founding Fathers created a Nation, conceived in LIBERTY and dedicated to the proposition that GOVERNMENT EXISTS BY THE CONSENT OF THE GOVERNED a government OF the People, BY the People, FOR the People.
They distrusted government.
WHY?
WHY do you think our Founding Fathers DISTRUSTED government?
Because history taught them that governments of men were destined to become CORRUPT and eventually USURP their powers and enslave their Citizens regardless of their rhetoric of good intentions or promises of a better life. (the Soviet Union, Nazi Germany, Fascist Italy, Fidel's Cuba, the Peoples Republic of China) So our Founding Fathers created a government in which the Citizen was SUPREME the Citizen was SOVEREIGN he would be the king in his own home.
NO kings or queens to answer to. NO GOVERNMENT to be controlled by --- this is what America was supposed to be.
A Government OF the People, BY the People, FOR the People. We fought a civil war over this.
But history also taught our wise and educated Founding Fathers that men, themselves, could not be trusted. So what did they DO?
They formed a Nation but NOT a DEMOCRACY precisely because they learned from history that if people could vote for their own selfish interests THEY WOULD; this would lead to taxes -- higher, BURDENSOME taxation which would eventually lead to concentration of power and the potential for BANKRUPTCY. We tend to forget that we fought our WAR of INDEPENDENCE over taxation and the abuse and usurpation of individual rights and freedoms.
Our Founding Fathers would turn over in their graves if they knew we had created a PROFESSIONAL CLASS OF LIFE-TIME POLITICIANS feeding off the public trough and then retiring on it not exactly what they had in mind for elected PUBLIC SERVANTS.
Our Founding Fathers -- patriots all -- pledged their fortunes, reputations, property and lives in devising a REPUBLICAN (i.e., REPRESENTATIVE) form of government.
A government of SEPARATED POWERS with a Constitution that provided for CHECKS AND BALANCES so constructed that NO PERSON, NO central government, NO branch of government, NO state government could usurp the WILL and LIBERTIES of the PEOPLEUS the sovereign Citizens that we are supposed to be whose constitutionally guaranteed liberties and rights were clearly and unmistakably avowed in a way that no branch of government -- including the United States supreme Court -- could declare unconstitutional. Not even the Congress could change it. Only Amendment could change its process made purposely difficult.
These wise patriots many who lost everything they owned some who died in abject poverty others who DIED and lost sons in the battle for LIBERTY. These wise PATRIOTS ABHORRED the idea of A SOVEREIGN (whether king or president or ruling junta) governing our Nation or the states or US, the PEOPLE.
So They created 3 branches of a national government each of which was to serve as a checks and balances on the others.
More than that, they vested MOST national power in a two-house (bi-cameral) legislature each with additional checks and balances on the other.
Our Founding Fathers purposely DID NOT vest centralized power in the institution of the PRESIDENCY. --(read ARTICLE 1 of the US Constitution).
More than that Our Founding Fathers thoughtfully ENUMERATED the powers of the national government and these ENUMERATED POWERS were not only focused on very specifically stated LIMITED responsibilities, they were also replete with additional checks and balances.
The simple, plan truth is that our Founding Fathers wisely distrusted CENTRALIZED government. In furtherance of checking and balancing the powers of government, these Patriots further DIRECTED that those powers NOT enumerated in the CONSTITUTION were RESERVED for? For? For whom? Who were they reserved for?????
“TO THE STATES and TO THE PEOPLE” --(Amendment X of the Bill of Rights).
After much debate and politicking our Founding Fathers realized they had taken for granted certain FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS that they did NOT enumerate in their originally approved constitution. What do we call this correction?
THE BILL OF RIGHTS.
THE VERY FIRST AMENDMENT OF THE BILL OF RIGHTS SPECIFICALLY affirmed OUR RIGHTS as SOVEREIGN Citizens insuring our liberties and freedoms from a potentially ABUSIVE government.
"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of GRIEVANCES". --(Amendment I of the Bill of Rights)
What did you think they thought to do NEXT?
They insured that the SOVEREIGN CITIZENS of the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA would have the TOOLS to protect these CONSTITUTIONALLY GUARANTEED FREEDOMS. That's what they did! And what were and are -- those tools?
ARMS! GUNS!
GUNS were the tools that our founding fathers understood were the only and final means for Citizens to insure and protect their liberties from a government that might someday ABUSE and USURP its constitutional powers.
Not guns for hunting. Not guns for collecting. Not guns for target shooting. BUT GUNS TO PROTECT OUR NATION. GUNS TO PROTECT OUR LIBERTIES. GUNS TO PROTECT OUR FREEDOMS. GUNS TO PROTECT US.
THIS IS NOT RED-NECK RHETORIC. THESE ARE FACTS SURROUNDING THE CREATION OF OUR UNITED STATES OF AMERICA THIS IS THE TRUE HISTORICAL FACT OF THE 2ND AMENDMENT. Don't be fooled by the MISUSE of the word "MILITIA" by liberals and others who would deny us our Constitutional Freedoms.
Who is the MILITIA? In addition to the underlying documents leading to the creation of our Constitution, TITLE 10, SECTION 311 and 312 of the United States Code says "every person, male and female, between the ages of 17 and 45, are members of the unorganized MILITIA"
(I challenge any one to prove that the first thing totalitarian regimes do, when beginning to control government, is take away the right of the Citizen to own arms. They then attack religion. Then assume control of education. Then centralize power in the personhood of the LEADER. Then give handouts to the impoverished as a means of COERCION. Then begin the takeover of the means of production . . . or at least it's control. Then tax excessively to pay for their manufactured welfare state. Then deny religious worship and practice YOU GET MY POINT don't you? ).
Don't buy the BULL the LIBERALS and the POLITICALLY-CORRECT are trying to tell our Citizens.
Attack Freedom of the PRESS and see how the piggy's will SQUEAL!!!
Defend the lawful, Constitutional ownership of ARMS . . . And we are called all sorts of ugly names. My dear fellow Americans, America is in deep trouble. We, the PEOPLE, have lost OUR Constitutional sovereignty or we are pretty much along the road to losing it.
Prayer has been stripped from us.
Parents have lost their rights to bring up their children.
The FBI keeps criminal files on religious leaders (especially Roman Catholic Bishops). We've also just learned that the FBI maintains a complex of hardware and software that allows them to monitor every email sent by every American as well as record their internet activity. --(they call it CARNIVORE what an appropriate name they are DEVOURING our rights, our fundamental rights the the guise of many names. But whatever the name, it boils down to BIG, CENTRALIZED, BUREAUCRATIC GOVERNMENT -- the antithesis of everything our Founding Fathers fought and died to prevent).
The Constitutional right to bear arms is being incrementally denied without Amendment to the Constitution. WHICH IS THE ONLY WAY OUR RIGHTS CAN BE ABRIDGED!!!
Gun-totting criminals shot by police in the act of armed robbery can sue and receive millions of dollars in settlement.
Police have powers never intended by the Constitution.
Judges make law.
Drug addicts can now steal and rob to feed their illegal addiction (by judicial fiat), but they have been declassified as criminals they are in need of counseling.
The issue of the ratification of the 16th Amendment has been called into question by knowledgeable experts and nothing is done about it.
Taxes are stifling and they are CLASS-SPECIFIC.
Homosexuals have infiltrated our schools and are perverting our youngsters paid for by public tax dollars, demonstrating to these youngsters how to enjoy homosexual sex. They can marry and adopt.
And we wonder what is wrong in America.
We replace prayer in our schools for condom and homosexual education.
And we wonder what is wrong with America.
We require parental consent before school officials can give an aspirin to students, but deny parental notification when these same officials advocate birth control and abortions to our children.
And we wonder what is wrong in America.
We glamorize vulgar and immodest entertainment under First Amendment rights while we infringe on religious freedoms.
And we wonder what is wrong in America.
We encourage divorce, abortion and homosexual marriage.
And we wonder what is wrong with America.
We idolize drug-taking, carousing, adulterous, foul-mouthed entertainers . . .
. . . all the while wondering what is wrong in America.
We talk about human rights and the dignity of the person and the person's choice while we destroy the integrity of the family.
And we wonder what is wrong in America.
We are mesmerized by violence on TV and the movies and make heroes of cheap, foul-mouthed, adulterating, murdering Mafiosi.
And we wonder what is wrong in America.
Our courts rule against religion and public prayer like cops give out their quota of parking tickets.
And we wonder what is wrong in America.
Child Protection Service agents, government bureaucrats, are now required (in 42 states) to visit all homes of newborn babies to see if the parents are living up to government standards.
And we wonder what is wrong in America.
We give public monies to homosexual advocacy groups ($2.2 million to just one study) to study the impact of rape, incest and pedophilia only to have these agents of perversion conclude that there are benefits to these outrages of abuse.
And we wonder what is wrong in America.
We dumb-down America through FAILED liberal public education policies.
And we wonder what is wrong in America.
Our courts fine Citizens for flying the American Flag on their home property.
And we wonder what is wrong in America.
They take away OUR rights as sovereign Citizens to keep and bear arms -- arms necessary to protect us from an encroaching, USURPING, ABUSIVE government that is incrementally stealing our Rights and Freedoms and Liberties.
Do we have to wonder any longer what has happened to America?
I have adopted the motto of Ohio for my campaign (recently declared unconstitutional by a federal judge):
“In God all things are possible”.
Imagine a single, federal court judge ruling that a state motto is unconstitutional because it affronts his notion of separation of church and state.
Next our national motto, "In God We Trust" will be stricken in favor of "In Personal Choice Shall We Trust". Before you know it we will be praying:
"Our President who art in Washington, hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come in Washington. Your will be done in every home in America whether it is Constitutional or not. Give us this day our daily bread for which you have overtaxed us to pay for it, and allow those who do not work to enjoy the fullness of others hard work. Forgive us our trespasses especially for insisting on the Constitutional Right to worship God publicly and Bear Arms. And lead us not into the temptation of wanting to preserve the life of the innocent unborn or maintaining our biologically correct heterosexual orientation. And deliver us from FREEDOM at all costs, O! President. For government of man is the kingdom, the power and the glory . . . Amen"
Or maybe our Pledge of Allegiance should go something like this:
"I pledge allegiance to the political party or whoever is in control, and to the democracy through which people can enrich themselves, One Nation, divided, Under the President who answers to no one not even God, with little JUSTICE and NO LIBERTY FOR ANYONE except those who pull the strings".
My campaign for US Senate was begun reluctantly. It is not something I planned to do or I really wanted to do. But I believed that someone had to stand up for values: family values, religious values, property values, Constitutional values among them the RIGHT TO BEAR ARMS so that we SOVERIEGN Citizens can PROTECT OUR CONSTITUTIONALLY-GUARANTEED FREEDOMS AND our CHILDREN'S' CONSTITUTIONALLY GUARANTEED FREEDOMS, AND our CHILDREN'S' CHILDREN'S CONSTITUTIONALLY GUARANTEED FREEDOMS.
The current crop of candidates (and originally I was focused on challenging Mr. LIBERAL himself Rudy Giuliani) are liberal.
Rick Clinton and Hillary Lazio are for BIGGER GOVERNMENT.
They are both PRO Abortion (i.e., the killing of innocent persons without due process -- get away with murdering little innocent persons, and I tell you assisted-suicide, euthanasia and targeted executions are next).
They both court the support the Homosexual community and its agenda.
They BOTH want to infringe on sovereignty of Citizens INCLUDING their fundamental / Constitutional Right to Bear Arms.
They both support unconstitutional sanctions on religion and religious expression.
And both, support collective property rights over the right of private property ownership.
Mr. Lazio, HOWEVER, is, by far, the worse of the two because he is a neo-liberal attempting to pass himself off as a conservative. In other words, Mr. Lazio is as counterfeit as a $3 bill.
RICK LAZIO owes his soul, not to the PEOPLE who will elect him, but to the Republican Party bosses who control him his words his thoughts his actions.
The very bosses that lied to YOU betrayed YOU. They lied to you about their support for OUR Right to lawfully Bear Arms. These bosses handpicked their puppet Rick Lazioa dangerous puppet who is opposed to the LIBERTIES we are here today to AFFIRM and SUPPORT.
Rick Lazio is NOT a leader precisely when it is leadership that we need.
Rick Lazio is a PROFESSIONAL POLITICIAN devoid of any guiding philosophy other than doing or saying, or voting in congress, what he believes will get him elected.
Rick Lazio is a photo-op looking for a photographer.
Lazio is devoid of SUBSTANCE. Can you think of ONE thing just ONE thing he stands for? THE biggest photo-op of his non-issued campaign is saying GAS PRICES ARE TO HIGH. DAA!!!
Pretty boyish faces are not what America needs. We need men and women of character who have A VISION FOR AMERICA . . . consistent with our Constitution and our Christian heritage.
Teddy Roosevelt, another great patriot, said it well:
"The credit belongs to the man who is actually in the arena; whose face is marred by dust and sweat and blood; who strives valiantly; who errs and comes short again and again; who knows the great enthusiasms, the great devotions, and spends himself in a worthy cause; who at the best knows in the end the triumph of high achievement; and who at the worst, if he fails, at least fails while daring greatly".
This is not just a inspiring quote. This is the story of my life. I may fail again and again, but in the end I know I stood tall, like our Patriot founders of this once great Nation, willing to lose everything I own and cherish in the fight for life and liberty and the ideals set forth in our Declaration of Independence and OUR Constitution.
Always principle, never self.

Don't worry about what the pundits are saying about my ability to WIN this election do what you know is right what is best for the future of America. Don't let the PRESS convince you that I don't have a chance to win.

George Washington said it best when he said: "Religion and Morality are INDISPENSABLE supports of political prosperity". Only a fool would think otherwise.
There is not one Jew who would dare criticize anyone for saying that Israel is a Jewish nation whose laws rest on the Torah and Talmud.
Nor is there an Moslem who would criticize those who would say Jordan, or Saudi Arabia, or Iran or Iraq are Moslem nations whose laws are rooted in the Holy Koran.
But say America is a Christian Nation and be prepared for all hell to break out.
We were founded as a Christian Nation on Christian principles, values and traditions. Why deny it?
Even Thomas Jefferson, contrary to the lies and distortions of the liberal community, would agree with me or l should I more appropriately say: "I agree with him".
If I lose this race - I lose. So what? Life goes on!
At least I know I stood-up for values deeply rooted in the history of our Nation and our Constitution. And I did it aware of the abuses and hardships I would endure.
Teddy Roosevelt again said it well when he wrote:
"Far better it is to dare mighty things, to win glorious triumphs, even though checkered by failure, than to rank with those poor spirits who neither enjoy much nor suffer much, because they live in the gray twilight that knows neither victory or defeat".
What you and others MUST understand is that winning this election is neither the ONLY nor FINAL GOAL of my life.
If I can be part of something that begins to bring America and its People back to a common-sense Constitutional balance among our institutions, none more important than the FAMILY, then ALL of us win and WIN big.

We will succeed in RECLAIMING AMERICA as the land of the free and the home of the brave, IF a BIG IF we can learn to express a "UNITY OF PURPOSE", an unselfish and myopic focus of our responsibilities as Sovereign Citizens. To accomplish this we MUST work together.
